Insurance Claims

Your repair,
fully covered.

Hail repair is the rare body work insurance pays for in full — and we work directly with your insurer to make sure your repair is. We handle the documentation, the inspections, and the repair supplements; you just hand over the keys. Or don't — we come to you.

Colorado Law Is On Your Side

It's your right to choose your own shop.

In Colorado, you decide who repairs your vehicle — not your insurance company. Insurers cannot require you to use a "preferred" shop or pay you less for choosing your own. Many of those preferred shops file and repaint; that's how vehicles quietly lose value. Choose the shop that protects your factory finish.

How It Works

Five steps. We carry four of them.

  1. Step 01File your comprehensive claimCall your insurer or use their app. Hail falls under comprehensive coverage — a no-fault claim that typically doesn't raise your rates the way an at-fault accident does. (Confirm specifics with your carrier.)
  2. Step 02Free inspection & damage mapWe document every dent under reflection boards and photograph it all — the evidence file your adjuster needs.
  3. Step 03Adjuster estimate & repair supplementFirst insurance estimates routinely miss hidden damage. We document it and request the supplement for our repair scope directly with your insurer, so the repair is paid in full. You stay out of the back-and-forth.
  4. Step 04Repair & rentalMost hail repairs take 1–3 days. We help coordinate a rental and offer pickup & delivery — so you're never stranded.
  5. Step 05Inspection & guaranteeEvery panel re-checked under multiple light sources before you get the keys. The metal is permanently reformed — dents don't come back.

What It Costs You

Just your
deductible.

On a covered comprehensive claim, we work with your insurer so the full PDR repair is paid. We tell you exactly where you stand at the free assessment, before any claim is filed.

Worth Knowing

Straight answers on claims

Will a hail claim raise my rates?Hail is a comprehensive (not-at-fault) claim. Unlike collision claims, comprehensive claims typically don't trigger rate increases on their own — though insurers consider overall claim history. We're happy to talk it through before you file, but your carrier is the final word.
What's a repair supplement? When the adjuster's first estimate misses damage (they often do — hail hides in roof rails and aluminum panels), we file a supplement: documented proof for the repair scope on the vehicle we're contracted to fix. It's normal, and on the repair side it's our job, not yours.
Can I choose my own shop?Yes — in Colorado, you choose who repairs your vehicle, not your insurance company. Steering you to a "preferred" body shop that files and repaints is how vehicles lose value.
What if I have an open claim already?Even better. Bring us the adjuster's estimate and we take the repair from there — inspection, supplements for our scope, scheduling, and rental coordination.
