Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Pro Car PDR website ("Site") and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site or our services.

Services

Pro Car PDR provides paintless dent repair (PDR) services, including but not limited to hail damage repair, door ding removal, crease repair, and fleet/dealer services. All services are subject to an initial damage assessment and may vary based on the condition and extent of damage to your vehicle.

We reserve the right to decline service if, in our professional judgment, paintless dent repair is not suitable for the damage presented.

Estimates & Pricing

  • All estimates provided are based on a visual inspection and are subject to change upon further examination
  • Final pricing will be confirmed before any work begins
  • Insurance claim estimates are based on industry-standard pricing and may be subject to insurance company approval
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing

Insurance Claims

Pro Car PDR offers assistance with insurance claims as a courtesy. We are not an insurance company or agent and cannot guarantee claim approval or coverage amounts. The vehicle owner remains responsible for all communications and decisions regarding their insurance policy.

Vehicle Responsibility

  • Pro Car PDR will exercise reasonable care while your vehicle is in our possession for repairs
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or conditions unrelated to the agreed-upon repair
  • Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle before service
  • In rare cases, PDR may reveal pre-existing paint damage (chips, cracks) that was concealed by the dent. Pro Car PDR is not responsible for such pre-existing conditions

Warranty & Satisfaction

All paintless dent repairs performed by Pro Car PDR come with a satisfaction guarantee. The metal is permanently reformed to its original shape. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 30 days of service and we will address your concerns.

This warranty does not cover:

  • New damage occurring after the repair
  • Damage caused by subsequent accidents, hail storms, or impacts
  • Issues related to paint condition that pre-existed the repair

Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
  • Use the Site to transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
  • Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content on the Site without permission

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Pro Car PDR and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Car PDR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro Car PDR, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
